This is the privacy policy for the ADAJEN website. It's the portfolio of Nejada, a painter in Tirana, Albania. The short version: this site collects nothing about you.

What this site collects

Nothing. There's no account to make and nothing to fill in, and the site runs no analytics or advertising trackers. The public pages set no cookies, so a visit sends us no personal information. The one cookie on the site is a login cookie for the private admin page where the site owner manages the paintings. It's set only when the owner signs in, so visitors never get it.

Hosting logs

Like almost every web host, our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (IP address, time of request, browser type) for security and reliability. Those logs are handled under the host's own privacy policy, and we don't use them to identify visitors.

Buying a painting

This site has no checkout. You buy a painting by messaging Nejada on Instagram, and when you do:

• Messages you send are handled by Instagram under Meta's own privacy policy.
• To ship your painting we need your name, delivery address, and sometimes a phone number for the courier. That information is used only to deliver your order and for basic sale records, shared only with the shipping carrier, and never sold or passed to anyone else.
• Payments go through your own bank (SEPA transfer) or Payoneer. We never see or store card numbers or banking credentials. All that reaches us is the payment and the sender details attached to it, like your name.

Links to other services

The site links to Instagram and TikTok. Once you're on those platforms, their privacy policies apply instead.

Your choices

If you've bought a painting and want to know what details we hold, want them corrected, or want them deleted (where no legal record-keeping requires otherwise), send a message to @adajen on Instagram and it will be done.

Changes

If the site ever adds anything that touches personal data, like a contact form, analytics or a newsletter, this policy will be updated first, with a new effective date.
